What does the service include?

We provide two scheduled gutter cleans per year (spring and autumn) as part of a simple monthly plan.

Each visit includes:

  • Full gutter clearance
  • Visual inspection
  • Before & after photos

How much does it cost?

The service is £10 per month, billed via Direct Debit.

There are:

  • No callout fees
  • No upselling
  • No hidden costs

Do I need to be at home?

No — you don’t need to be home as long as we have access to the property.

We’ll complete the service and send before & after photos by email.

How do I know the work has been done?

After every visit, you’ll receive before and after photos showing the gutters have been cleared.

When will my gutters be cleaned?

We work in scheduled service windows based on your area.

This allows us to:

  • Work safely around weather
  • Maintain efficient routes
  • Deliver consistent service

You’ll be included in the next available window after signing up.

Do you clean all types of properties?

We currently service bungalows only.

How do I sign up?

You can sign up online in under a minute.

Simply enter your details, confirm your property, and set up your monthly subscription — we’ll take care of the rest.

How do payments work?

Payments are taken monthly via Direct Debit.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes — there are no contracts.

You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us.


What if there’s a problem with access?

If we’re unable to safely access your gutters, we’ll contact you to rearrange or discuss the issue.

We won’t carry out work if access is unsafe.

Do you use ladders?

We use safe access methods, including ladders where required, for inspection and photo capture. We also use specialist gutter vacuum cleaners where required.

All work is carried out with safety as the priority.


What happens if my gutters are very blocked?

If your gutters require additional work beyond standard maintenance, we’ll let you know before doing anything extra.

There’s no obligation — and no unexpected charges.

What areas do you cover?

We currently operate in PR4 and surrounding areas.

We may expand into nearby areas over time.


How quickly will my service start?

After signing up, your property will be included in the next available service window for your area.
